I met MSL Mirror at the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) in 2018. At that time, I just left my contact information. Although Troy has been tirelessly following up on our cooperation, our company has a strict supplier review process. From 2018 to 22, we did not have any cooperation. What I admire most about MSL is their attitude towards details. Each of them seems to be pursuing perfection. I have visited MSL's factories many times. They are very busy and their business is very good. Every time I go to China, I like to visit their factories. What I value most is quality. Good quality can reflect the strength of this factory. I am very happy that after many years, their quality is still so good, and for different markets, their quality control has also kept pace with market changes. Our company began to set foot in the European market in 2018, and we quickly raised our quality requirements with MSL. What aspects of customization does the product support?

The factory provides a full range of customized solutions, including product style, size, structure, lighting method, function and packaging, etc.

How to place an order for mirrors?

First let us know your customization requirements. Secondly, we will make a product plan according to your requirements, confirm the details, calculate the materials and make a product quotation. After the customer confirms that there is no problem with the unit price of the product, the next step is to confirm the sample and details, sign the purchase contract, and pay the deposit. Finally we arrange factory production according to the order.

Can I have a sample order?

Yes, we welcome sample ordering to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. Q: How about the delivery time? A: Samples take 7-10 days, mass production time takes between 15-30 days.

Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light orders?

The factory only accepts mass customization customers. There is no minimum order quantity for customers who are interested in cooperation. The factory will fully cooperate with production.

How do you ship goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship small orders via DHLUPSFedEx or TNT which usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Air and sea transportation are also optional, depending on the location of each country.

Is it okay to print my logo on the LED light product?

Yes. Please inform us officially before production and confirm the design based on our samples first.

Do you offer guarantee for the products?
