What is MOQ?

Can I have my unique design(size, design, shape,function, etc)?
Yes, customer’s designs such as size, design, shape, function, etc are welcomed.
Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
We design and construct each project to the individual customer’s needs.
How is package ? May i have custom package ?
Yes ,easy to do custom package, show different packing idea.Or customized as customers requirements.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 5-7 days by express, air freight 5-10 days, 30-40 days by sea.
Do you have a price list?
We are a professional supplier of led mirror and led mirror cabinet. All of our led mirror and led mirror cabinet are made according to different design and different shape or function requirements. We don’t have a price list.
What’s the order processes?
Custom Design–Making custom size/shape/function first.
Samples–Making samples for you check.
Confirm Order- Signing sales contract after samples confirmed.
Deposit– 30% deposit before mass production.
Production arranged–we will process the production.
Remaining payment–after inspection, balance before shipment.
Shipping–we will ship the goods to destination port.
Confirm bill of loading/commercial invoice/packing list/certificate of origin.
After sales service.
What is the lead time of production ?
a. For samples，3-5 days working days door to door by air.
b. For mass production, it takes 7-20 days for production. More 7-10 days if custom design needed.
If any defective mirror, how do you deal with?
We have 1:1 replacement for the defective mirror.
Warn Tips: Any man-made damage we cannot change, refund, or make up.
What is your terms of payment ?
Payment less than 8000USD, 100% in advance. Payment more than 8000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.

What is your shipping terms?
a. For small trial order, by air or by express :FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc
b. For large order, we arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
